Idaho Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity
700 for the 70th Anniversary Campaign (2026–2030)
Help Rebuild a Legacy at the University of Idaho
For nearly 70 years, the Idaho Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity has helped shape generations of University of Idaho students into leaders, professionals, community servants, and men of character. Today, we invite you to be part of a once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure the future of FarmHouse at the University of Idaho.
The Idaho Chapter is launching the "700 for the 70th Anniversary Campaign," an ambitious effort to raise $700,000 to complete the restoration and modernization of the chapter house at 1101 South Blake Street and ensure the long-term success of FarmHouse on the University of Idaho campus.
Building on the Foundation You Helped Create
Following the chapter's closure in 2020, alumni across the country stepped forward to preserve and rebuild the Idaho FarmHouse experience. Through the generosity of donors during our previous capital campaign, more than $750,000 has already been invested in revitalizing the chapter house and preparing for the chapter's return.
Those investments have transformed the facility and positioned FarmHouse for a strong future. Renovations have improved safety, functionality, and student living spaces while preserving the traditions and values that have defined Idaho FarmHouse since 1957.
Today, thanks to those efforts, the chapter has been granted a provisional charter as an associate chapter and is actively rebuilding membership. In 2024 and 2025 alone, 17 new members joined FarmHouse, and our goal is to grow to 34 members by our 70th Anniversary on October 12, 2027.

Why Your Donation Matters
The next phase of renovation is essential to attracting and retaining future members. Prospective University of Idaho students and their families expect a safe, modern, and welcoming fraternity experience. To remain competitive within University of Idaho Greek Life, FarmHouse must complete several critical facility improvements.
Your contribution will help fund:
• Completion of chapter house renovations
• Modern student living and study spaces
• Safety and accessibility improvements
• Energy-efficient building upgrades
• Recruitment and membership growth initiatives
• Long-term sustainability of the chapter
Every dollar invested helps create an environment where young men can develop leadership skills, achieve academic success, build lifelong friendships, and experience the values of FarmHouse Fraternity.
Honoring 70 Years of Idaho FarmHouse
The campaign culminates with the 70th Anniversary of the Idaho Chapter on October 12, 2027. This milestone offers alumni and supporters a unique opportunity to leave a lasting legacy for future generations of FarmHouse men.
Our chapter's motto, "Builders of Men," remains as relevant today as it was in 1957. By supporting this campaign, you are investing in leadership development, academic excellence, personal growth, and the future of young men attending the University of Idaho.
The Strength of Idaho Brotherhood
The success of this campaign depends on more than financial contributions. We encourage alumni and friends to become involved by:
• Making a tax-deductible gift
• Sponsoring renovation projects
• Connecting prospective members with the chapter
• Volunteering time and expertise
• Sharing the campaign with fellow alumni and supporters
Together, we can ensure that FarmHouse Fraternity not only survives but thrives for generations to come.
